Transactions during the projects are converted to Kenya shillings at rates ruling at the transaction dates. Any other variance fluctuation shall be dealt with the current exchange rate rulings.
CAPITAL COMMITMENT
Capital commitments relate to projected expenditure for successful completion of a project. The company deserves a right to know projected expenditure in any projects.
